Return & Exchange Policy
At Zaroon, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return/exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✔ The item should not be damaged or altered in any way.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
❌ Used or opened perfume bottles.
❌ Clearance sale items.
❌ Any product damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
For Returns:
Email us at zaroonfragrances@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
Once your request is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at the provided address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping charges). Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
For Exchanges:
Follow the same process as for returns and mention the item you wish to exchange it for.
If the requested item is available, we will process the exchange. If not, you can opt for store credit or a refund.
Shipping costs for exchanges may apply and will be communicated during the process.
4. Refund & Processing Time
✔ Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
✔ If the refund is delayed beyond the expected time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring product quality, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item:
✔ Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
✔ Share images of the defect via email at zaroonfragrances@gmail.com.
✔ We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Cancellations
✔ Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
✔ Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
✔ If the return/exchange is due to a product defect or our error, Zaroon will cover the shipping costs.
✔ If the return/exchange is due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
